Job Description

At Visa, the Global Financial Planning and Analysis team is crucial in shaping financial strategies and providing consultative support to global business leaders. This pivotal role within our team focuses on the Value-In-Kind (VIK) program, enhancing our offerings in Value-Added Services and Commercial & Money Movement Solutions. Join us as a Manager, Data and Analytics, where you will innovate and lead in the development and enhancement of our analytical processes and tools, ensuring strategic management and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

Your role will be centered on empowering Visa's growth and operational efficiency through data-driven strategies and analytics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing advanced data systems and business intelligence solutions.
  • Modernizing financial processes to enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Leveraging AI and machine learning to advance business intelligence.
  • Oversight of data governance and ensuring the alignment of KPIs with business objectives.

This is a hybrid role, requiring both on-site and remote work, designed to offer flexibility while ensuring collaborative and impactful work engagement.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading the design and implementation of BI dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in MS SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQL.
  • Experience in data pipeline optimization and complex data systems.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive change across different functional areas.
