The Manager, Data Integration plays a crucial role within our data engineering team, directly reporting to the Director of Data Integration. This position is responsible for overseeing a team of 3-8 skilled data engineers. The focus is on implementing and supporting Arcadia's sophisticated EHR connectors, crucial for actionable healthcare insights.

What Does Success Look Like?

In 3 Months:

• Achieve deep understanding of Arcadia’s connector technologies.
• Establish strong relationships within the team and with key stakeholders.
• Begin overseeing day-to-day team operations effectively.

In 6 Months:

• Independently manage team operations and support project executions.
• Foster continuous improvement in team methodology and processes.
• Build significant relationships with customer stakeholders during product rollouts.

In 12 Months:

• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, enhancing company-wide data operations.
• Become a recognized expert in the domain of data connectors.
• Provide expert-level consultation to ensure customer success in data integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of top-tier EHR data connectors and ingestion pipelines. Engage in sprint planning, product grooming, and lead administrative tasks via Jira to maintain development efficiency. Directly interact with clients, providing expert guidance throughout the lifecycle of connectors. Implement strategic policies and evaluate team performance to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, or related healthcare fields. Over 10 years of experience in technology or data & analytics within healthcare. Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Spark, Scala, and direct customer advisory roles. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, NoSQL, cloud architecture, and programming languages such as Java and Python. Adaptable, innovative mindset with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
