The Manager, Data Quality and Health Analytics will assist in defining the data quality strategy for the company, with the goal of revealing revenue opportunities and minimizing costs.
Responsibilities
This role entails establishing data quality and health dashboards for the company through:
* Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define personas for data health/quality dashboard usage and to gather all stakeholder requirements
* Incorporating stakeholder requirements to devise data health/quality dashboard specifications and coordinate the construction of these assets
* Representing Data Governance, Risk and Quality team in documenting the data quality strategy for new data-related projects
* Building and guiding the creation of Tableau dashboards/scorecards for data health, data compliance monitoring, enterprise data quality, and issue monitoring
* Leading the development of procedures and best practices for implementing data quality within federated data management teams
* Participating in the data quality and data health strategy for the company
Required Skills
* Experience in building and executing data quality dashboards or scorecards
* A strong data quality background that includes the use of common enterprise data quality tools
* Comprehensive understanding of technology environments that data quality tools and processes are deployed in
* Experience in building dashboards in Tableau, using Ataccama, and deep familiarity with SQL
Preferred Skills
* Exceptional business and technical communication skills
* A curious mindset motivated to experiment and innovate for continuous enhancement
* Ability to be agile, proactive, and comfortable with hazy specifications
