Job Description

As a Manager of Data Science & Analytics at Razorfish, you will:

• Understand and integrate our extensive data capabilities within a client's overall strategy.
• Lead cross-capability projects, establishing strong relationships across various teams.

Key Qualifications

• Data Strategy: Capable of identifying critical issues and focusing on client and internal needs with minimal oversight. Applies holistic strategic thinking to advance marketing goals or enhance data sophistication.
• Communication Skills: Effectively contribute to discussions, prepare comprehensive presentations, and confidently address queries with well-thought-out responses.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary internal data resource and lead clients through multiple projects, demonstrating professional and articulate interaction.
• Tools & Techniques: Show proficiency in various data tools and platforms, including statistical concepts and coding languages.
• Analytics, Planning and Implementation: Independently manage learning agendas and measurement plans, deriving insights to streamline data processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $99,000 to $128,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. This position includes medical coverage, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401k, and more. All benefits adhere to current U.S. standards and are subject to annual reviews.
