Your Role:

As the Manager of Data Science Platform Engineering, you will lead a talented team of DSP engineers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team prowess and innovation.
• Strengthening partnerships across the board to maximize productivity and foster outstanding cross-functional collaboration.
• Designing and developing machine learning platforms and operations, aiming to solve complex business challenges through strategic direction and robust engineering processes.
• Leading planning and implementation processes to ensure impactful outcomes and continuous operational excellence.
• Advocating for best practices in machine learning systems design and architecture, both within the team and in broader tech discussions.

What You’ll Need:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years in leadership roles within engineering teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, C/C++, or Java.
• Substantial experience with Docker, CI/CD, relational databases, NoSQL, and cloud data solutions like BigQuery and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, ideally with hands-on GCP tooling experience.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and distributed processing systems is a plus.
• A strong background in ML platforms and operations is highly preferred.
