Job Description:

As a Manager of Data Science, you will lead initiatives to deliver data and information management solutions that align with business goals. Responsibilities include sourcing and integrating data from diverse sources, designing robust data infrastructures, and collaborating with teams to spearhead data development. You will provide leadership to a team of data scientists focused on crafting, testing, and documenting complex data models and forecasting, while ensuring adherence to data quality standards and privacy/security requirements.

Key Duties Include:

• Streamlining information management processes to enhance agility and efficiency.
• Creating a conducive work environment for your team to unlock their full potential.
• Ensuring compliance with standard data operating procedures and data security requirements.

Requirements:

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Data Science, or a related field, with at least two (2) years of relevant experience. Proficiency in the following areas is required:

• Cloud-based data warehouse tools (AWS, Azure, Cassandra)
• Development environments (Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server)
• Programming languages and tools (Python, R, SQL)
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau)
• Comprehensive analytics and data management skills
• Experience in public speaking, leading teams, and project management

Salary & Benefits:

Estimated compensation ranges from $95,000 to $130,000 per year, including potential bonuses. The offered salary will depend on your qualifications and experience, and may vary by location.
