Who You Are: At Brightwheel, we're excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic Manager to join our Data Operations Team. This pivotal role will enhance our company-wide initiatives by spearheading key projects like data enrichment, lead distribution strategies, and platform management. You'll collaborate with our Go-To-Market teams to elevate our sales and operations, ensuring the delivery of top-tier lead and prospect data. Additionally, your contributions will help optimize our processes, ensuring the right leads reach the right representatives at the perfect time, and provide our front-line teams with actionable insights.

What You’ll Do:

• Turn Insights into Action: Dive deep into data, processes, and customer experiences to extract vital insights that drive business improvements and strategic actions.
• Achieve Extraordinary Results: Design and execute strategies to meet our ambitious business goals.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our sales, engineering, analytics, and system operations teams to enhance data delivery and insights on our database's health and performance.
• Establish Key Partnerships: Manage relationships with external partners and third-party vendors to bolster our sourcing and enrichment efforts.
• Partner with Senior Management: Act as a trusted advisor to our executive team, offering valuable insights and independent perspectives to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a complex or high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with handling numerical data.
• Proficient in advanced SQL and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools like Tableau or Sigma.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and maintain a proactive stance.
• Excellent structured communication skills, both written and verbal.
