Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management efforts to oversee and ensure the timely and successful delivery of data initiatives.

• Develop analytical solutions that support decision-making and resource planning, aligning with organizational goals.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, effectively managing stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes and meet compliance standards.

• Work closely with data teams to extract, interpret, and visualize data, ensuring high-quality data interpretation, analysis, and reporting.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards utilizing tools like Tableau and stay updated with operational applications including Epic.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or related fields.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, MS Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools like Tableau.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple project deliverables.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data management.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial but not required.
