How you’ll drive change

As our Data Management Manager, you will supervise the organization, maintenance, and usage of data across the business, playing a crucial part in ensuring the data is accurate, dependable, and easily accessible. This is a sample of your day-to-day tasks:

  • Supporting the entire data lifecycle, from data creation to data retirement
  • Formulating and implementing data management policies and procedures
  • Setting up and implementing data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
  • Setting guidelines for data usage, access, and retention
  • Implementing data quality controls and validation processes to monitor and enhance data accuracy and completeness

What you’ll bring to the role

You will bring significant experience in data management, with an in-depth knowledge of telecom data, data warehouses, and data lakes. Additionally, you will bring:

  • AWS and Snowflake
  • Understanding of data lineage and its importance for governance, quality assessment and adherence to regulations
  • Strong communication skills and the capacity to act as a translator between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams

Previous experience with Erwin software would be an advantage!
