As a Data Science Manager at Accenture Norway, you will be responsible for assisting our clients in leveraging data. You will work with other data scientists and data engineers to provide valuable direction and help make informed decisions concerning our clients' products, services, profitability, sustainability, and growth.
How can you tell if this is the role for you? You will:
- Harness your data analysis skills to examine business areas, understand source systems' data and map them to DWH data model.
- Design and implement BI/DWH applications to meet the requirements of large organizations using Cloud technology platforms.
- Create and build reports and analyses using a visualization tool.
- Review current business practices, processes and procedures to identify future opportunities.
- Evaluate client needs to construct custom data design services.
- Implement effective metrics and monitoring.
- Participate in workshops with client's stakeholders to validate business requirements and functional specifications.

Qualifications:
- Ability to build robust relationships with local stakeholders, e.g., client account leads for our main energy clients and key client contacts.
- Provide leadership & subject matter expertise to client engagements focusing on complex & innovative solutions to meet client's digitalization goals.
- Master's Degree or equivalent (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics).
- Minimum of 10 years overall IT experience within the energy/ renewables industry.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a team lead role or equivalent.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies (e.g. GCP/ Azure) and experience with visualization tools as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
- As a person, you are a team player with excellent communication skills, fluent in Norwegian and English, and thrive in an agile environment.
