Job Description Summary

The Manager of Education and Data Reporting at BD will oversee a dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality training through both onsite and remote channels. The role involves coordination with Education Services to establish training best practices, managing vendor relationships, and improving service record accuracy across our global field service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical trainers to deliver quality education to field personnel.
• Collaborate with Education Services for curriculum development and training methodologies.
• Manage the efficiency and improvement of training programs.
• Develop strategies for technology adaptation and process changes.
• Implement tools for precise tracking and maintenance of Field Service Records.
• Utilize data to create reporting dashboards, aiding strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with staffing vendors to establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree or possess an equivalent combination of education and over five years of related experience. Employment may be conditional upon sufficient proof of COVID-19 vaccination, subject to legal accommodations.

Salary Range

The salary for the Manager of Education and Data Reporting position ranges from $107,000 to $176,500 annually, depending on experience, location, and skills.
