Role Overview

Position: Manager, Procurement Analyst
Team: Procurement Strategy & Delivery

As a Manager, Procurement Analyst, you will develop analytical solutions to achieve procurement objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data and analytics for Procurement Strategy & Delivery Team, including Supplier Diversity, Supplier Relationship Management, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Collaborate with the team to define reporting and analytics requirements, extracting and cleansing data to build repeatable processes.
• Ensure timely reporting of procurement performance indicators and program KPIs, from data extraction and enrichment to visualization in dashboards.
• Develop analytical solutions, generate insights, and communicate findings through data visualization and senior management reports.
• Provide actionable insights using multiple data sources to deliver significant business value.
• Ensure the integrity and transparency of data sources and manipulation steps across all systems.
• Work with Procurement business partners (Tech, Finance, HR) to build and transfer knowledge on Haleon data and BI systems.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms for procurement datasets and build scripts for flexible data evaluation.
• Manage day-to-day activities, including handling escalations, operational calls, and stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain effectiveness in resolving problems related to the Source-to-Contract process and recommend appropriate mitigation plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• Expert in Data Analytics with strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• 4-7 years of total procurement experience with at least 4 years in procurement analytics, contract management, sourcing, and risk management.
• Technical or numerical degree with relevant qualifications/experience in data architecture, quality processes, and modeling.
• Proficient in visualization tools like Power BI and advanced Excel skills (including VBA).
• Proven ability to produce professional, accurate, and timely reports for senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with creative and effective solutions.
• Experience with SAP procurement solutions (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP Ariba).
• Background in statistical methods, machine learning, and data science programming (Python, R) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in the FMCG and consumer health sector preferred.
