Your Role and Responsibilities

Business Operations: You will build, maintain, and automate manual and repetitive processes, ensuring all workflows are documented in our comprehensive handbook.

Technical Delivery: You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery process, requiring minimal guidance to efficiently meet technical deliverables.

Project Management: You will oversee medium-sized projects aimed at enhancing our ability to harness data-driven insights and improving operational efficiency.

Communication: You will engage with senior-level stakeholders across the company, communicating complex technical details in a clear, understandable manner and ensuring alignment with our enterprise architecture.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

Robotic Process Automation Expertise: Minimum five years of experience with UiPath, including proficiency in UiPath Studio, Robots, Orchestrator, and Automation Hub.

Systems Integration Experience: You should have a substantial background in deploying RPA solutions across platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, and more, with a thorough understanding of integration patterns and data formats.

Technical Proficiencies: Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, and familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform are crucial.

Soft Skills: Excellent time management, resilience under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills for managing business and technology relationships are essential.
