Job Description

The Data and Platform Solutions team at CoLab is dedicated to upholding our status as digital data and ad technology frontrunners. We are currently seeking a skilled Tableau/BI Developer who will be instrumental in the design, development, and support of innovative reporting solutions on our Tableau Server platform.

Role Objectives:

  • Develop and maintain advanced reports, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Design, build, test, debug and publish interactive Tableau dashboards.
  • Conduct thorough Tableau Server site administration including managing security roles and permissions.
  • Analyze business requirements and collaborate with the product team to devise strategic solutions.
  • Maintain seamless collaboration with data engineers and other stakeholders to optimize software performance.
  • Continually review and enhance existing solutions while integrating new technological advances.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in BI dashboard development in Tableau.
  • Experience in media agencies, preferably with exposure to pharmaceutical clients.
  • Proficiency in SQL, particularly Redshift, and familiar with VBA and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced degrees in Computer Science or quantitative fields such as Statistics or Mathematics.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Experience or knowledge in machine learning and Python programming.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $81,500 to $128,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401k, and generous paid time off. The application deadline is set for June 17, 2024.
