What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

Our mission leverages data and analytics to deliver client value. In this role, we are seeking a dedicated Consultant/Senior Consultant experienced in Data and AI, with a focus on responsible AI, data and AI risk management, and regulatory compliance. You'll manage AI enablement services, develop client relationships, lead project teams, and focus on personal and professional growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive AI strategies that align with clients' missions and goals.
  • Embedding risk management frameworks into AI lifecycle to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Supporting clients with applied data and analytics for responsible growth.
  • Contributing to thought leadership in responsible AI and AI risk management.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, technology innovations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and assisting in proposals and pursuit efforts.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to foster continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ensuring high-quality project deliverables consistent with Deloitte's standards.

About the Team

We are one of the largest Risk Advisory practices in Canada, with a growing Data and Analytics team focused on diverse industries and use cases. Our goal is to deliver strategic objectives and innovative solutions for our clients while maintaining high standards and continuously looking for new opportunities.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
  • Minimum 6 years (Manager) / 8 years (Senior Manager) of experience in AI and data management, specifically in responsible AI and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface with technical and business contacts.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in AI ethics and a deep understanding of AI technologies and their ethical implications.
  • Data science and/or data engineering expertise.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $231,000, with eligibility for our bonus program. Deloitte offers fair and competitive compensation, recognizing individual contributions and achievements.
