You’ll spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge AI and ML-enabled insights tailored for commercial and investment banking. Your oversight will extend across a dedicated team of product managers, and cross-functional groups in CRM, Digital, and marketing, ensuring these insights reach bankers and clients effectively. Reporting directly to the Commercial Banking’s Chief Data and Analytics Officer, your role is critical in advancing our proprietary data capabilities and technological forefront in AI and ML domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate and implement the product vision and strategy aligned with central teams.
• Lead a robust team of product managers in the creation and deployment of AI and ML-driven insights, enhancing various banking dimensions like prospecting, and credit risk management.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to pinpoint and leverage business opportunities through AI and ML innovations.
• Guarantee seamless integration and excellent delivery of AI solutions across digital and CRM platforms, enhancing user experience.
• Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging the use of advanced AI techniques and experimentation within the team.
• Supervise the entire product lifecycle from inception, market launch to continual enhancement.
• Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards concerning AI and ML applications.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to keep JPMorgan Chase at the innovative edge of AI and ML technologies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Over 10 years’ experience in leading diverse, technically adept teams in Data Science or related fields.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas.
• Demonstrated leadership in a senior product management role, specifically in AI and ML product oversight.
• Rich understanding of the processes and challenges in commercial and investment banking.
• Exceptional ability to inspire and manage high-performance teams and cross-functional partnerships.
• Strategic and problem-solving mindset coupled with outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital client engagement channels.
• Awareness of regulatory and ethical norms in the application of AI and ML in banking.

Preferred candidates will hold a Master’s degree in relevant fields.
