Hybrid Role with a Focus on Innovation and Operational Excellence

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Excellence Data Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team. This is a hybrid position, based either in Towson, MD, New Britain, CT, or Valley City, OH, requiring three days on-site each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in manufacturing performance and KPI reporting through advanced data visualization techniques.
• Play an integral role in the development and implementation of our digital maturity roadmap in collaboration with IT and related departments.
• Enhance data collection methodologies and analysis processes to boost manufacturing insights and decision-making.
• Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives aimed at improving global supply chain integration and operational efficiency.

About You:

You are an analytical thinker with a passion for learning and growth. Innovation excites you, and you're eager to apply your expertise in a meaningful way. You should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of business experience in manufacturing data analysis.
• Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar tools is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in handling complex business data and turning it into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.
