Job Role and Responsibilities:

As a Marsh UK - Regional Data Leader, you will be at the forefront of shaping our data strategies and overseeing significant global projects impacting the UK. Your expertise will not only guide our data ecosystem teams but also involve strategic planning with senior leaders to optimize data-driven decision-making processes across the business.

This position is central to both regional and global operations within Marsh Data Services (MDS), part of our Operations and Technology (O&T) organization. You will connect global activities with regional needs, facilitating the implementation and management of our data initiatives. This role requires expert knowledge in data systems, providing leadership in a complex matrix structure, and aligning regional priorities with our business objectives.

You will ensure the successful articulation of regional data needs at the global level and manage the local implementation of these initiatives. Your efforts will empower stakeholders, optimize operational efficiencies, and push the boundaries of what's possible with data.

- Develop a comprehensive Data Strategy that aligns with global, regional, and local requirements.
