Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Master Data Governance Sr. Specialist to join our Technical Operations team in Raritan, NJ. This role focuses on orchestrating Materials throughout the Manufacturing and Supply lifecycle, using SAP expertise to enhance our operational processes.

Role Responsibilities

As a Master Data Governance Sr. Specialist, you will:

• Design and implement standard data creation workflows that align with our global manufacturing standards and IT's Master Data Governance (MDG) template.
• Develop deep expertise in SAP MDG configurations for Materials, BOM, Recipes, and more.
• Lead comprehensive analyses with stakeholders to optimize GMS material management and ensure robust data governance.
• Guide data management practices improvement across operations, identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Manage and support project-specific data needs for new product introductions and other critical changes.
• Provide expert-level support for SAP MDG modules, playing a key role in the resolution of functional issues and change management.
• Foster a culture that supports Agile principles, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP MDG with a focus on Material Master, Planning, Procurement, and Vendor Data Objects.
• Minimum of 3 years in developing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and data governance frameworks.
• Advanced expertise in at least three of the following SAP modules: Production, Materials Management, Quality, Extended Warehouse Management.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and managing high-performance teams.
