Job Purpose: This role is an integral part of the D&T department at HEINEKEN International, aiming to leverage cutting-edge innovation and robust technology. The role supports our mission to maintain a technological edge and deliver on HEINEKEN's ambitious goals.

The Master Data Lead position within the APAC Data & Analytics Hub is crucial for operationalizing our strategy to standardize and scale data foundations across the region and enterprise.

Position Overview

The Master Data Lead plays a critical role in our Data Management team. This position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of master data records such as vendors, materials, and customers. By adhering to standardized workflows, the role enhances the quality of master data, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of data requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance Reference & Master data quality across the data lifecycle, following global specifications and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement a reference and master data management strategy aligned with the global strategy.
• Adhere to and enforce data standards, processes, and policies.
• Maintain master data records in accordance with data standards and policies.
• Initiate and manage data requests on the Master Data Management (MDM) platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor data quality and conduct regular audits to address inconsistencies.
• Support continuous improvement of data management processes and workflows.
• Participate in data governance initiatives and adhere to data security and privacy regulations.

Workflows Include:

• Vendor/Material/Customer: Create, Change, Flag for Deletion (MDM and ERP platforms).
• Vendor/Customer Bank Create/Change.
• Reference Data workflow: Create, Change.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements

• Experience in data management preferred, with a strong grasp of master data management principles.
• Familiarity with MDM concepts; training provided on platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills to maintain compliance with global standards for master data creation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in English; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
• Understanding of the FMCG industry and relevant business domains is beneficial.
• Embrace principles like customer value, team empowerment, swift action, and continuous learning.

Working Conditions

This is an office-based role (with Hybrid Working options) located at our head office in Ho Chi Minister, Vietnam. Standard working hours apply.
