Master Data Management Steward (f/m/d)

Location: Bad Vilbel, Germany (DE) | Type: Full-time, Fixed-term | Department: Information Technology (IT)

As a Master Data Management Steward, you'll be an essential part of our global pharmaceutical company's international master data team. You will shape processes, workflows, quality rules, and reports for master data management, establishing necessary structures and supporting operational implementation.

What to Expect

  • Ensure the correct implementation of master data workflows in SAP ERP and SAP MDG, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Perform qualitative completeness checks of global master data fields before activation
  • Support projects such as SAP rollouts, including master data topics, training, and test execution
  • Assist with data cleansing and migration file preparation
  • Contribute to optimizing master data quality
  • Engage in simple customizing tasks
  • Act as a contact person for internal departments and subsidiaries' end users regarding master data queries

Who We Are Looking For

  • Successfully completed studies, preferably in economics or comparable training
  • Experience in master data, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data evaluation
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work systematically, independently, and responsibly
  • Fluency in German and English
