Main Duties

As a Masterdata Team Leader, you will report to the Hearing Aids IT Director. Your role is hands-on, focusing on managing, creating, and maintaining masterdata in the ASIAP region. You'll collaborate closely with the Hearing Care, Hearing Aid, and Diagnostic business units to support data-driven decisions across sales, marketing, operations, reporting, compliance, finance, and management.

Furthermore, you'll support business objectives with various adhoc tasks as needed, leveraging your team's skills and expertise.

Core Functions

  • Manage and maintain product, vendor, customer masterdata, and other related data.
  • Develop the masterdata function in the ASIAP region, ensuring timely availability of data to support dependent systems and functions.
  • Apply semantic or functional data knowledge to optimize business use within the domain.
  • Oversee projects and coordinate efforts to ensure masterdata meets business requirements.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the region and the Product Launch & Data Management (PLDM) team.
  • Engage with all business functions to align with local and global strategies.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a masterdata operator role or similar.
  • Team management experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in maintaining masterdata in Navision, AX, or a similar ERP system.
  • Strong understanding of masterdata concepts, processes, and data quality maintenance.
  • Willingness to travel periodically within the state and interstate.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow processes across multiple stages.
  • A structured approach to task management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Valid Australian visa with full working rights.
