About the Role

In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and enhancement of AI models that drive our innovative products. Your role will be diverse, touching on engineering, research, and more, across various domains such as model architecture, data curation, training, inference infrastructures, and alignment protocols. We value creativity and rigor in pursuing new methods and refining existing processes. A strong background in AI and a deep passion for the field, especially in conversational AI, are crucial. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required.

Employee Pay Disclosures

At Inflection AI in California, the estimated base pay range for this position is $150,000 - $300,000 annually. The exact salary may vary based on experience and other factors, reflecting our commitment to fair and competitive compensation.
