Job Description

We are expanding our consulting team and are looking for a MI/AI Engineer (m/f/d) to join us on our exciting journey and become part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

• Direct collaboration with clients to understand their business strategy, program requirements, and processes
• Development of custom AI solutions using the Microsoft AI platform
• Assistance in business development and pre-sales engagements
• Support and assistance in general AI capability
• Support other areas of Hitachi Solutions (CE & Power Platform, F&O (Finance & Operations), Data and Analytics, Azure) as needed

Qualifications

• Strong implementation experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure Open AI, Speech, Language, Vision, and Decision Services
• Experience in the architecture and design of generative AI solutions using the Azure AI platform, Microsoft SDKs, and the broader Microsoft AI stack
• Knowledge of broader AI capabilities across the entire Microsoft AI stack, including Copilot, AI Builder
• Experience with testing strategies for LLM solutions
• Deep understanding of AI ethics and data protection principles to ensure compliance with regulations and responsible use of AI technologies
• Proven experience in conducting AI assessments, including feasibility studies and impact assessments, to provide strategic recommendations to customers
• Ability to quickly adapt to technological advances and learn new AI tools and frameworks as they emerge in the market

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in dealing with clients who have previously worked for a technology consultancy or system integrator
• Certification in relevant AI-related technologies and Microsoft Azure services would be an advantage
