We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (Account Executive) to join our Analytics Customer Success team. The Account Executive supports the management of analytical deliveries for medium and large accounts, developing presentations and seeking to deliver actionable recommendations aligned with customer priorities. In this position the associate operates through strong analytical guidance and relationships, contributing to the growth and development of our customers according to their strategies and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop analyses in accordance with client briefings and strategic priorities, using NielsenIQ tools
  • Understand client history (categories, brands, performance, etc.), brand movements, as well as strengths and priorities, with the objective of generating clear and measured recommendations
  • Act as a key person in terms of analytical delivery, also understanding the client's culture and how it influences the relationship
  • Negotiate delivery deadlines, signaling risks internally and proposing alternatives
  • Lead alignment with internal Customer Service team in critical cases, for communication with the client
  • Organize and attend requests according to agreed deadlines and quality level, offering visibility to the client on the progress of analytical topics
  • Assist and guide more junior team members, answering daily questions and contributing to a positive team climate and engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related courses)
  • Prior experience with data analysis in Market Intelligence is essential
  • Knowledge and experience in the FMCG market
  • Understanding of macroeconomic scenarios
  • Strong analytical and consultative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint (Power BI is desirable)
  • Advanced English is desirable
  • Curiosity, communication, and critical thinking are essential skills
