About the Role

At Atto Trading, you will build models, strategies, and systems for trading various financial instruments globally. This role seamlessly blends trading and software development and involves data analysis, predictive modeling, and strategy development. You will tackle some of the toughest industry challenges and work with state-of-the-art technology.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in statistics, math, science, or another quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas/Polars, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data visualization, data manipulation, and data processing.
• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of basic Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience working in a Linux environment (remote dev box).
• Understanding of basic machine learning techniques.
• Close attention to detail, ability to maintain high standards, strong analytical skills, and critical mindset.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with C++.
• Genuine interest in finance and trading.
• Knowledge of pricing Financial Instruments (Stocks, ETFs, Futures, Options).
• Experience developing quantitative trading strategies.
