Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Create and enhance ML models from scratch.
• Work closely with engineering teams, data scientists, and product managers to bring models to production.
• Develop and manage a clear experimentation roadmap.
• Establish and maintain a reproducible experimentation environment, complete with robust pipelines.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A strong grasp of standard ML algorithms and their mathematical foundations.
• Experience in handling classification and regression tasks, and feature engineering.
• A track record of deploying ML models in production environments.
• Experience with at least one of the following: Computer Vision (CV), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), Forecasting, or Recommendation Engines.
• Solid software engineering skills—capable of crafting well-structured modules beyond simple scripts.
• Proficiency in Python and Docker.
• A strong intermediate level of English.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills will enhance your candidacy:

• Experience with AWS cloud services such as Amazon SageMaker, ECR, EMR, S3, and AWS Lambda.
• Expertise in deep learning models.
• Proficiency in managing machine learning pipelines for complex workflows.
• Experience with Spark/Dask and Great Expectations.
