About the Role

HII’s Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Senior Military Operations Analyst 4 to support Joint Force Development Research and Analysis for the Joint Staff J7 (JS J-7) contract at our Suffolk, VA Joint Staff Complex.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide recommendations on military command control, communications, electronic warfare, weapon systems, contingency operations, MTTP, force planning, and training exercises.
• Coordinate with user community representatives throughout development phases regarding requirements definition, clarification, prioritization, and alternatives.
• Analyze the conduct and results of operational user training, military maneuvers, or simulated wartime operations to maintain force capabilities.
• Compare, analyze, and evaluate program designs and alternatives.
• Apply emerging doctrine and tactics from wargames, experimentation, and studies to system design and development.
• Assess the impact of programmatic and technical options on user requirements and doctrine.
• Prepare reports and briefs summarizing support requirements, deficiencies, and investments for various programs and systems.
• Apply extensive technical expertise and knowledge of related disciplines.

Minimum Qualifications

• 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or
• 7 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or
• 4 years of relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field; or
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
