About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll be integral in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for deploying and managing machine learning models in a dynamic production environment. This role entails:
- Developing and managing a feature store and delivery pipelines.
- Automating model training, evaluation, and deployment processes.
- Monitoring and optimizing machine learning model performance.
- Collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models.
- Identifying and implementing best practices for machine learning in production.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP is a definite advantage.

What You'll Need
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with API services in a cloud environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with a focus on efficient, scalable code.
- Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose for modern containerization.
- Experience with both relational and unstructured databases and data lakes.
- A clear understanding of the impact of data policies on business objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- An awareness of privacy and data security concepts.
