Role Overview

As our new Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be a pivotal member of our dynamic team, dedicated to developing and optimizing state-of-the-art AI models and products. Your focus will be on generative technologies and natural language processing, ensuring that our offerings remain at the cutting edge of technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize Generative AI models and LLMs along with general ML models.
• Engage in ongoing research to stay ahead of the curve in ML, AI, and related fields, translating these advancements into actionable insights for the team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers in the roll-out of new tech.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related STEM fields.
• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, machine learning model deployment, and backend software development.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with NLP tools and technologies.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 1-3 times per quarter.
