Role Overview: ML Engineer Trainee

Joining SWORD Health as an ML Engineer Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in our AI initiatives. From scoping to productization, your contributions will significantly impact SWORD's AI products across all business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, evaluation, deployment, and enhancement of SWORD’s products through hands-on AI/ML development.
• Develop and maintain data processing pipelines to gather required data for model building and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python (including libraries such as numpy, pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Ability to learn quickly and dive deep into new problems and fields.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Critical thinking and self-direction: you are aware of the team’s direction and goals, enabling you to prioritize and solve issues effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
