Job Title: MLOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MLOps Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be bridging the gap between machine learning model development and operational deployment, collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers to automate and streamline ML model integration into our production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, construct, test, and maintain architectures such as databases and large-scale processing systems.
  • Facilitate the deployment of machine learning models at scale in production environments.
  • Implement automated pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment using CI/CD practices.
  • Monitor, manage, and optimize the performance of deployed models, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to implement machine learning models that leverage structured and unstructured data.
  • Enhance data collection procedures to include all relevant information for building analytic systems.
  • Implement monitoring systems to track model performance and data quality.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and innovations in MLOps, ML, AI, and cloud services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in Python, R, or another scripting language.
  • Ability to understand tools used by data scientists and experience with software development and test automation.
  • Experience building custom integrations between cloud-based systems using APIs.
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
