MLOps Engineer The Opportunity: As a seasoned MLOps engineer, you recognize the importance of machine learning in handling and analyzing vast datasets. Your competence in creating, deploying, and managing ML infrastructure makes you essential for delivering sturdy AI solutions that address complex problems. As an MLOps engineer on our national security team, you’ll be utilizing cutting-edge ML and DevOps technologies to fast-track our clients' data comprehension. You will work closely with a broad community of data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps engineers to deliver top-grade solutions. Your advanced consulting abilities and hands-on technical experience will assist clients as they traverse the ever-changing terrain of various ML tools and frameworks. You'll also contribute to shaping the team's direction and will work without significant guidance, including mentoring and supervising team members. You Have: 2+ years of experience with artificial intelligence, MLOps, DevOps, or data engineering in a research or professional role Experience in building and deploying containerized applications or microservices using Docker and Kubernetes Experience in deploying AI solutions based on frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Transformers Experience with CI/CD or DevOps frameworks, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD Experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning or configuration frameworks, including CloudFormation, Terraform, Pulumi, and Ansible Full-stack development experience Experience in working in an Agile team Knowledge of languages like Python, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL Ability to obtain a security clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with integrating DevSecOps practices and principles throughout the project lifecycle Experience in writing technical documentation Experience with testing and quality assurance Experience with GPU-programming, including CUDA, RAPIDs, or similar Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue Knowledge of back-end and middleware services like NGINX, FastAPI, or Airflow Knowledge of AI concepts and tooling to support deep learning, machine learning, signal processing, and natural language processing TS/SCI clearance Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field Clearance: Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to satisfy eligibility requirements to access classified information. A salary range of $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD) is expected for this position. This figure represents the typical salary range for this role, but it is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
