About the Role:
CrowdStrike is hiring a Data DevOps Automation Developer to help build and deploy automation to support our Enterprise Data Warehouse. We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on specialist with data platform automation experience to release and manage software within our data stack. You will develop and maintain infrastructure as code, Jenkins jobs, configuration repositories, and other essential infrastructure services to support the CrowdStrike Enterprise Data Services team.
This position allows remote work.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and iterate on optimal system and application configurations for optimization and reliability
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing and releasing configuration and software (Python, Airflow, & Snowflake)
- Automate tasks and develop tools to improve engineering efficiency and visibility
- Manage secure, well-tested, and high-quality infrastructure
What You’ll Need:
- Experience working in the cloud, preferably AWS
- Experience with SQL and Data Warehouse/Cloud Database Solutions
- Experience scripting using Bash and Python
- Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins (pipelines), Git, Bitbucket
- Configuration management experience
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with Snowflake
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience in Terraform, Chef, and related tools
- Proven ability to work effectively with remote teams
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as CS, CIS, or Engineering
