Job Description

Your Impact

Join us in our S/4 transformation project aimed at creating a unified finance platform that is scalable, streamlined, and secure. As part of this transformation, we seek entrepreneurial individuals to drive data productization from concept through to deployment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build scalable systems and lead technical discussions.
• Deliver high-quality results and participate in code reviews.
• Guide the team in engineering best practices and provide technical leadership.
• Contribute to the development, integration, testing, documentation, and support across platforms (GCP, Python, Hadoop, SAP, Teradata, Machine Learning).
• Establish consistent project management frameworks and develop processes for high-quality software delivery.
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases and applications.
• Balance platform stability, feature delivery, and technical debt reduction across a broad technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Consistently high standards with a passion for quality.
• Experience in the Payments/Finance domain.
• Knowledge of Statistical and Machine Learning models.
• Proficiency in GCP BQ, Python, Hadoop, SQL, PL/SQL, data processing, and data flow.
• Experience with data warehouses, data marts, distributed data platforms, and data lakes.
• Strong skills in Data Modeling and Schema design.
• Reporting/Visualization proficiency with Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.
• High standards of code quality, system reliability, and performance.
• Proven coding experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Scala, Python).
• Excellent structured thinking skills for breaking down multi-dimensional problems.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work efficiently with multiple stakeholders.
