Job Summary

As an MTS Data Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a critical role in crafting data-driven strategies using complex analytical models. Your predictions and analyses will directly influence pivotal business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Business Intelligence team, you will:

• Analyze and optimize supply chain operations using advanced statistical techniques and modeling.
• Collaborate with the sales division to maximize profits while maintaining robust customer relationships.
• Employ machine learning and other data-science methods to forecast trends and analyze product lifecycle transitions.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to set and review business targets across different market segments.
• Create automated solutions for reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like MS Access, Tableau, Power BI, and programming languages including SQL, DAX, and VBA.
• Manage complex databases with platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, and Kinaxis.

Who We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience in Data Analytics and Modeling, with proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Advanced skills in BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, and extensive knowledge in SQL, DAX, VBA, and database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, Kinaxis).
• A history of successful project management and at least one year of cross-functional leadership and advanced financial analysis.

Salary and Benefits
