Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development of machine learning and data analytic flows for efficient semiconductor devices and circuit model generation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, evaluate, and improve machine learning data analytics based on supervised and unsupervised ML flows for efficient device model generation and data mining.
• Identify Spice modeling components for efficiency and quality enhancement with AI and ML.
• Quality check and benchmark AI-based device models prior to customer release.
• Conduct data analysis and visualization for semiconductor electrical devices.
• Create documentation and training materials to educate engineers on building, training, and releasing AI-based device models.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or closely related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Semiconductor Engineer or similar occupation.
• Proficiency in data analysis with Python and Python ML packages.
• Experience in creating analytics tools to visualize KPIs related to equipment and process engineering.
• Competence in MS Excel Macros, Pivot tables, SQL, Tableau, and Spotfire.
• Thorough knowledge of semiconductor processes.

Salary Range

$133,719 - $170,000 (The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location)
