Summary of This Role

As a .NET Software Developer, you will engage throughout the software development life cycle, performing various tasks to create, design, code, debug, maintain, test, implement, and validate applications. Your role will involve analyzing existing programs or creating logic for new applications, including procedures, flowcharting, coding, and debugging. Additionally, you will maintain and utilize application and programming documentation to aid in development and recommend enhancements to development, maintenance, and system standards. You will create deliverables and develop application implementation plans within a flexible, dynamic environment.

What Part Will You Play?

- Develop basic to moderately complex code using a front-end or back-end programming language. Collaborate with business and technology teams to design internal and external client software solutions.

- Create and deliver routine program specifications for code development and support on projects. Gain an understanding of application/database interactions to better align technologies.

- Analyze, modify, and develop basic to moderately complex code/unit testing to produce application documentation. Perform testing and validation for code changes and escalate issues when necessary.

- Apply knowledge of procedures, methodology, and application standards, including Payment Card Industry (PCI) security compliance.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or a related field.

- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data.

- Basic knowledge and application of one or more modern programming languages used in the enterprise, various APIs, external services, and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or a related field.

- Over 4 years of professional experience in coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data, along with experience using IBM Rational Tools.
