Job Description
As a recent graduate recruit, you will join Blend360's All-Star Program, a unique early-career talent development program designed for those interested in pursuing a career in professional services and consulting. You will have the opportunity to work alongside Blend360's analytics and technology experts and gain hands-on experience in Business Intelligence. Through our rigorous training, which includes Blend360 instructor-led and online certification courses, as well as working on billable client projects under the guidance of seasoned team members, you will develop the soft and hard skills necessary to excel in your role as a professional Business Intelligence Analyst at Blend360.
The All-Star focused on Business Intelligence will:
- Cooperate with clients to understand visualisation and analytical requirements, KPIs and the associated databases and data sources
- Work with data in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, Amazon Redshift and other similar cloud-based and/or on-premises databases; write SQL scripts to transform the data
- Develop top-notch dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI to deliver actionable business insights
- Identify trends, summarise findings, and provide recommendations
- Work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment with Engineers, Project Managers, Analysts, Data Engineers and Data Scientists

Qualifications
- Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or other quantitative discipline
- Internship experience in Data Science, Engineering, or Analytics
- Strong problem-solving skill through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
- Ability to work efficiently in small and large teams delivering solutions for diverse clients
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior analytics and visualization experience before graduation in similar consulting and customer-facing roles preferred.
Required Technical Skills
- Capability to gather, analyse, document and validate business requirements.
- Ability to gather and query business data from different data sources/databases using SQL and/or other tools such as Alteryx or Knime
- Familiarity with one or more data sources such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle database or Amazon Redshift
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and present findings with recommendations
- Competence to use tools such as Tableau or Power BI to analyse and build reports/dashboards (Looker, ThoughtSpot and Sisense, a plus)
- Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Demonstrate a desire to remain updated with features in the latest industry technologies and standards
