About the Opportunity

Jerry is building the first AI-powered AllCar™ app to revolutionize car ownership. The average American spends over 20% of their annual income on their vehicle, facing high costs and poor service. Our mobile app simplifies and automates every aspect of car ownership.

We initiated with insurance shopping in 2019 and have since expanded to include loan refinancing, real-time driving insights, car diagnostics, a repair marketplace, and a GPT-4 chatbot. We are looking for new graduates in the Toronto area to join our engineering team. We are in growth mode and aim to scale our technology and business from 5M to 50M users. We don't require specific work experience, but we value passion for learning, hustle, and ownership.

Our Tech Stack

Our hosting infrastructure is based on AWS. For the web frontend, we use React, and for backend development, we use NodeJS and Typescript. Our mobile app is written in React Native. For backend storage, we use Redis, Postgres, and DynamoDB. Our data pipeline and machine learning are powered by Python, and we employ Clickhouse for our data warehouse. We use Python and Go for infrastructure as code and continuous integration.

What We Look For

We're seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. Any internship, co-op, or summer work experience is an asset.
