We are actively seeking a talented Backend Software Engineer to develop AI/ML-based services that specialize in audio, text, and conversational AI systems. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance existing products and spearhead new innovations within the company.

What Will You Do?

• Develop robust services leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI/ML models.
• Optimize production services and infrastructures to handle high-volume traffic efficiently.
• Enhance scalability and performance of existing algorithms and models.
• Design and refine data preprocessing pipelines and ETL processes.
• Play a key role in advancing our research and development efforts with innovative toolsets.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience with server frameworks like NodeJS and Python.
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases and familiar with web frameworks and RESTful services.
• Experience with cloud hosting solutions such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Skilled in managing virtual and dockerized environments, including Kubernetes.
• Adept at Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Quick learner with a knack for rapidly mastering new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, SQS, Elastic Compute, S3, DynamoDB, etc.
• Understanding of infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with gRPC, WebSockets, C++, and Go programming languages.
• Experience collaborating with machine learning teams and working with ETLs, Spark, and data processing.
