Person Specification

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI development, with a specific focus on large language models.
• Expertise in Falcon LLM and familiarity with other open-source AI frameworks such as LLaMA 2.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of natural language processing techniques and their applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
