Job Description

We are in search of a driven and skilled Operations Data Engineer to enhance our Ops team's capabilities in client onboarding and daily data operations. This pivotal role bridges our tech and operations teams, aiding in the development of new client modules and maintaining superior client support.

As our product and customer base evolve, so does the demand for sophisticated tools to address client requests effectively. Your knack for understanding complex technical and data product structures, such as APIs and customer data requirements, will be crucial.

What You'll Do:

• Develop internal tools to aid operational workflows, such as automated scripts and features for our back-office tools.
• Troubleshoot and debug internal tools, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
• Design and implement KPIs to gauge both team and business performance.
• Create and manage dashboards to monitor team operations.
• Develop tools that enhance operational efficiency.
• Streamline processes to boost overall team productivity and business efficiency.

Ops Tools: Google Scripts, Hubspot
