About the Role: Operations Specialist

We're looking for an Operations Specialist to support Gartner’s client-facing tools portfolio and play a crucial role in fulfilling our Research & Consulting Delivery strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in data processing and technology platforms required for Gartner Data Products.
  • Support analytical data models for Gartner's client-facing tools, including inputs, outputs, comparative methodologies, and data visualizations.
  • Utilize enterprise survey platforms to build and manage research surveys, including creating questions, survey logic, validation, and managing all data generated.
  • Generate client deliverables that present key research insights and data analysis.
  • Analyze and review all client deliverables to ensure data accuracy and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with global research leads to ensure timely delivery of projects and product launches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitatively-oriented fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data-oriented roles or MIS roles.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills with a solid grasp of mathematics/statistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Good Python programming skills and understanding of Machine Learning concepts are a plus.
