Job Role: Senior Principal Software Engineer

We seek hands-on engineers passionate about solving complex problems with Cloud Technologies in various areas, including distributed systems, data pipelines, data management, analytics, ML, identity, security, and observability. As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will leverage your extensive software architecture knowledge to design and develop data-centric applications, using ML models to offer enhanced insights to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Build and Maintain a SaaS application using OCI Services.
  • Architectural decision-making for SaaS application development.
  • Ensure alignment with OHAI onboarding requirements.
  • Incorporate security measures into the solutions.
• Develop high-performing, scalable cloud infrastructure for reporting & analytics.
  • Maintain infrastructure in conformance with Oracle requirements.
  • Drive and implement new capabilities.
  • Ensure existing infrastructure remains healthy, performant, and secure.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment.
• Update current operational systems to latest Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and public cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 5+ years in Cloud Infrastructure, including Semantic Modeling, OAC development, and security practices.
• Experience with high-level programming languages such as Python, Java, Golang, BASH scripting, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Data Engineering architecture and services like Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, Data Integration, Data Flow, and Apache Spark.
• Knowledge of telemetry, observability, and analytics tools like ELK, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines with git-based repositories.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Oracle OCI services.
• Healthcare space experience.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, AlertManager, and Grafana.

Hiring Details

Career Level: IC4

US Salary Range: $94,200 to $223,500 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonus and equity.
