We are currently seeking a highly skilled Organizational Activities Interface (OAI)/Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Taiwan. This role is crucial in supporting our Air Defense Patriot battalions, where you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our defense capabilities.

About the Organizational Activities Interface (OAI)/Technical Support Engineer Position

As an OAI, you will:

  • Provide technical and operational support directly to the Air Defense Patriot battalions.
  • Advise and assist in training both battalion and individual fire unit personnel, enhancing their operational proficiency.
  • Support software and hardware updates through classroom and practical training exercises.
  • Assist with system initialization, database formulation, and communication planning.
  • Participate in on-the-job training programs and manage tactical operations and exercises.

This role is critical in ensuring that our integrated Patriot Systems are operational and capable of managing air battles effectively at various levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of four years’ experience with the Patriot Air Defense System.
  • Proficiency in integrated Battalion and Fire Unit operations and a solid background in tactical and operational procedures associated with the Patriot Missile System.
  • Experience in teaching and conducting trainings on Patriot systems in both classroom settings and in-field tactical environments.
  • A current US Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Applied Science, or equivalent military and work experience.

Desired Skills

Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience in Patriot Depot Forward maintenance or Raytheon Quality Control procedures.
  • Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and experience in international Patriot FMS Programs.
