About Your New Role

As a Patient Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and consistency of clinical data. This position involves rigorous review and analysis of clinical trial data, ensuring alignment with specific protocols and standards. Your expertise will support the strategic development of biomarker-utilizing assays, critical in identifying the optimal patient-drug matches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform early and continuous scientific reviews of clinical data.
  • Ensure data accuracy by applying standard oncology care principles and research protocols.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external project teams.
  • Support cross-departmental communication for comprehensive data review and trend analysis.
  • Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of data outputs and assist in project-specific data management strategies.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on data collection consistency and protocol adherence.

What You Need to Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or a healthcare discipline with strong proficiency in medical terminology.
  • At least two years' experience in clinical operations, data management or a similar role in the oncology field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and knowledge of FDA & ICH/GCP regulations.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications like RN, OCN, RPH, PharmD are highly advantageous.
