Essential Responsibilities:

You will lead diverse, virtual teams across different time zones—including the U.S., India, and China—and drive software teams through design and agile development processes. Your role will include:

• Managing Agile software development rituals and sprint planning.
• Conducting regular team meetings to establish clear action items and due dates.
• Developing project timelines and maintaining budget and scheduling oversight.
• Coordinating the development processes from concept through to final approval.
• Negotiating contracts and managing outsourced contractor relationships.
• Ensuring the product concept and performance meet the desired standards.

Basic Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with:

• A Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a technical environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably in software development within the Analytics domain, employing Agile methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Snowflake, Matillion, and Qlik.
• Experience in designing and building ETL pipelines for comprehensive business intelligence projects.
• Relevant certifications including PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMP are preferred.
