The Role:

As a Power BI & Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our business strategies by designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence (BI) solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Data Modeling and Transformation: Extract and process data from Clarity PPM and other systems, crafting robust data models to unveil trends and performance metrics.
  • Dashboard and Report Development: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide real-time insights into project management, resource utilization, and budget variance.
  • Data Integration: Combine data from diverse systems to offer a comprehensive view of business operations and project performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Enhance the performance of BI reports and queries, focusing on efficiency with large data volumes.
  • Data Quality: Ensure the highest standards of data integrity, implementing stringent quality checks and validations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their BI needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Documentation and Training: Provide thorough documentation and training to users, ensuring effective use of BI tools and systems.

Who You Are:

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Power BI developer, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong experience with Clarity PPM, data modeling, and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of developing impactful BI solutions and dashboards.
