This primary role supports essential programs providing a wide range of services, including information, resources, referrals, mental health coaching, and specialized support for military members and their families worldwide. These programs play a vital role in improving the quality of life for the military community.

Job Responsibilities

• Define, design, configure, implement, and maintain data analytics solutions to deliver efficient, high-quality services and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand program requirements, client goals, and end-user experience and needs.
• Construct analysis frameworks using data mining and analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data relating to customer interactions across various data platforms.
• Develop dynamic dashboards and reports housed in MOSAIC based on business needs.
• Capture, analyze, and contextualize data to translate results and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders for improving customer service.
• Analyze solution performance, utilization, and trends to identify areas for improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting business processes, cybersecurity, and IT risk management objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable intelligence to project teams and Government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business function leaders, cybersecurity, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights for consultant performance and compliance with SLAs, NIST, and URAC standards.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies through data analysis, recommending solutions aligning with Mission and compliance requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of automated data analysis tools and techniques to streamline reporting and compliance monitoring.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, and project management, to ensure data analysis efforts align with overall project objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, or Process Administration) with 5 years of experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree, or PL-300 Certification with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and developing dashboards.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data science tasks, including data wrangling, statistical analysis, and machine learning models.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to design and deliver solutions independently and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to serve as the technical lead for a team of data analytic and automation developers and facilitate client-facing meetings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is required.
